Clothing was functional, repetitive, and safe - a uniform rather than an expression. Black trousers. White shirts. The same choices, year after year. What appeared to be ‘style’ was, in truth, habit.

The turning point came not from a runway or a mirror, but from a simple observation spoken aloud: “You’re always in formals.”
